Meet the Instructor
I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years, but my journey truly began after a shoulder dislocation led me to the mat in search of healing. Yoga became more than a way to recover physically—it became a way to slow down, reconnect with myself, and create healthier habits that extended far beyond movement.
Since then, I've completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings: a Vinyasa certification in Sarasota, Florida (2020) and a Hatha certification at The Wild Nurturer (2024). These experiences have shaped a teaching style that blends mindful movement, breath, and accessibility, creating space for students of all experience levels to feel supported.
Whether I'm teaching a private session in your home or leading Gentle Yoga on Monday evenings at The Wild Nurturer, my hope is that you leave each practice feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
Because the most meaningful transformations don't happen overnight—they're built one habit at a time.
